Pro-Tech Staffing was founded in electronics manufacturing and grew into a full-service industrial staffing partner. We place workers in light industrial, warehouse, supply chain, and administrative roles across six US markets.

Our Story
Pro-Tech Staffing started over 30 years ago placing workers in electronics manufacturing — PCB assembly, SMT operations, soldering, and quality inspection. That foundation in precision, training, and accountability shaped everything we do.
Over time, our clients asked us to staff adjacent operations: warehouse teams, production lines, supply chain roles, and administrative support. We expanded because the work demanded it — not because we chased volume.
Today we operate six offices across Texas, Florida, California, and Arizona. Every market is staffed by local recruiters who know the employers, the roles, and the labor pool in their area.
